Three rules

Questions
Does the e-invoice create a second sales invoice?
No. ETA attaches to the invoice that already exists in receivables or payables.
When does stock change?
A product increases on-hand at goods receipt and decreases when the delivery is issued. A service leaves on-hand unchanged.
Where does the result appear?
The open balance is cleared by the payment. Revenue and expense stay on the invoice and are read on the income statement.
