EGKits is a multi-tenant ERP platform composed of modular business capabilities.

#Tenants

Each organization operates in an isolated tenant with dedicated data, configuration, and user directory. Tenants can use shared or dedicated database topologies depending on your plan.

#Modules

Business capabilities are delivered as modules — Catalog, Invoicing, HR, Hospitality, and more. Enable only what you need; modules share master data such as customers and products.

#Roles & permissions

Access is governed by role-based access control (RBAC). Permissions are scoped at module and action level (view, create, approve, export).

#Documents & workflows

Operational records (invoices, purchase orders, journal entries) follow configurable approval workflows and leave a complete audit trail.
