Quickstart

Launch your first EGKits tenant and complete essential setup in minutes.

Before you begin

  • A valid business email address
  • Your company legal name and preferred currency
  • A list of modules you plan to enable first

Step 1 — Create a tenant

  1. Open Signup and choose Start Trial.
  2. Enter organization details and select your region.
  3. Confirm your email to activate the tenant.

Step 2 — Invite your team

Navigate to Administration > Users and invite colleagues. Assign starter roles:

Role Typical access
Admin Full tenant configuration
Accountant Finance and invoicing
Sales CRM and order-to-cash

Step 3 — Enable core modules

Enable Catalog, Invoicing, and any industry modules you need. You can add more later without downtime.

Step 4 — Import master data

Use bulk import for products, customers, and opening balances. See the Catalog guide for CSV templates.
